Chazar Apache Shonia - Best know as Jackie Bellingers' "Shonie Pony".
Shonie was originally purchased as a pony for Jackie and Mark's young daughter, many many years ago. Christine got older and in her teens moved on to a big Paint gelding . Shonie became Jackies' pony. Over the years Jackie has sped around with a big grin on her face doing novilities, pony club and hacking at our own Pinto Championships to everyone else's delight.
Shonie had a heart as big as a mountain , so it was with great saddness that I heard of Shonies passing last week. Nov.09 Thanks for the memories.

"Bart Costell" - CHAZAR FIRE DANCER {Amir el Sadat fa x Chazar Shady Lady } "Bart" was involved in a tragic accident on 30/10/09 and passed away. It's been twelve months since Anne lost her husband & soul mate, Colin and now this.
I am devastated . "Bart" has been Luanne's special friend since he was 18 months old. Lu and Bart's speciality competition was FANCY DRESS in which they competed as Shriek and Princess Fionna; Banana's in Pyjama; Tweety and Selvester . Just recently the family had purchased Bart's little sister ( Chazar Pretty in Pink - "Lisa" ) so that Anne's niece Hanna could start pony club..
If you believe in Heaven , you've got to believe that Colin will find Bart and they'll both keep watch over this great family from afar.

COLIN COSTELLO - R.I.P. Oct '08
While our horses hold a special place in our hearts, the people who have become a part of our extended family are even closer. I became involved with the Costello family when they purchased Chazar Fire Dancer ( "Bart" ) over ten years ago, he was followed by Amir's Sandman and just recently Chazar Herbstrom.
Anne and Colin, were the same age as Marty and I, and were also small business owners... we had lots in common apart from the horses. We were all looking forward to retiring. Anne and Colin had purchsed their dream block of land near Bundaberg and the future looked bright. Tragically at age 55yrs Colin passed away.
Our love and support are with Anne, Lu and Jess now and in the future

Our horses have a special place in our hearts, as confidential companions who we can bear our soul to, workmates and show team members.
I've always said that if my horses could talk, I'd be in trouble.......... they know things about me I haven't even told my husband !
On the 15/10/08 I received the sad news that Chazar Mystical Warrior (Arabian Park Halik x Schaffs Black Bat ) had passed on. A true black tobiano, he had an enviable career as one of our studs' showhorses and breeding stallions.
"Billy" as he was known around here, provided us with several outstanding foals before being gelded to start his endurance career with Charlie Guaci of NSW. A kind and willing horse he will be sadly missed. Our deepest sympathy to Charlie and his family.
